For gay couples in Guensey the law does not yet allow for your partnership to be recognised legally.

This does not mean that you cannot make the same promises to each other in front of your family and friends. A Humanist ceremony does not have any legal bearing so they are suitable for everyone whatever their sexuality.

A Humanist celebration is based upon the love two people have for each other and the commitment they wish to make for their long term relationship.
